Cancellation policy
In the event of poor weather conditions or other external factor, the tour may be cancelled at short notice no charges will be applied to the client, and can be rescheduled as per the client's availability.
Client cancellation :
- Over 48 hours in advance - No charges applied.
- Less than 48 hours in advance - 50% of booked cost will be charged.
- Less than 24 hours in advance - 100% of booked cost will be charged.
